Libraries and bookstores are an easy target for theft, since books are easy to conceal. To avoid this kind of theft, PROSISTEL SISTEMAS has designed an EAS system in electromagnetic technology with EM anti-theft labels that can be deactivated or re-activated through an antitheft deactivator/ reactivator.

There are different types and sizes of labels such as barcodes, white or transparent with glue on both sides to place the label in along the book spine between two pages to difficult its location through a better protection.

Currently, libraries have expanded their product catalog with CD's, DVD's and laptops, involving a greater temptation for theft.

To protect these items PROSISTEL SISTEMAS has designed the antitheft protector which has an incorporated ferrite for every EAS technology.
